1.3.7. When withdrawing funds, documents confirming the Player's identity and the User's e-wallet number in payment systems.

1.4. The Company processes the User's personal data, technical information, and other information for the entire term of the agreement concluded with the User, and in the absence of such an agreement, for 5 (five) years from the date of provision of such information.

1.5. The Website is not a publicly accessible source of personal data. However, if the User performs certain actions, their personal data may become accessible to an unspecified number of persons, to which the User hereby consents.

2. Purposes of Using the Information Provided by the User

2.1. The information provided by the User is used by the Company solely for the following purposes:

3. Processing Methods

3.1. Processing the User's personal data means recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, modifying), retrieving, using, transferring (distributing, providing, accessing), depersonalizing, blocking, deleting, or destroying the User's personal data that does not fall into special categories, for the processing of which the Company, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, requires the User's written consent.

4. Measures taken to protect the information provided by the User and the Company's guarantees

4.1. The Company takes necessary and sufficient legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect information provided by Users from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions by third parties. This protection includes restricting access to such information by other Website Users, the Company, the Company's employees and partners, and third parties (except for the Company's provision of information necessary to fulfill its obligations to the User and the requirements of Russian law), and imposing sanctions on such persons for violating the Policy regarding such data.

4.2. The Company guarantees that information provided by Users is not combined with statistical data, is not provided to third parties, and is not disclosed, except as otherwise provided in the Policy.
